Lab Tests & Radiology
Laboratory tests and imaging studies are ordered by a health care provider. These tests are done to help diagnose or rule out an illness or condition.
Laboratory
You don't need an appointment for most tests. (Exceptions include glucose tolerance tests and male fertility tests).
- 1-hour glucose testing must be started no later than 3 p.m.
- 2- to 3-hour glucose testing is by appointment only.
You need to prepare for some tests.
- Cholesterol and lipids tests require you to fast for 10 - 12 hours beforehand.
- 24-hour urine collections need specimen containers.

Radiology & Nuclear Medicine
After your provider has ordered your imaging / test, please call us (Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) to schedule an appointment. For CT and MRI orders, please allow at least 48 hours (for processing) before you call to schedule. We’ll forward your test results to the ordering provider.
