• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 7:30 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-4 p.m. (checking in the last patient at 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.)
• Thursday: 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-4 p.m. (checking in the last patient at 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.)
• Closed 12-1 p.m., Monday thru Friday for lunch
• Saturday - Sunday: (CLOSED)​

Ensure your immunizations records are up-to-date by sending copies to our Immunizations Clinic via your MHS GENESIS Patient Portal. Send a secure message with the subject titled: "NH Jacksonville Immunizations Clinic" and attach a copy of your:

- DH680 (Florida) shot form for school
- Overseas Screening (dependents)
- Travel Screening
- Immunization Record Updated
