COVID-19 Test Site
Patients need to be directed by an on-base medical provider or on-base preventive medicine team, in order to use our test site.
Patients with a positive result will receive a phone call.
Patients with a negative result will see your results within 7 days at the TRICARE Online Patient Portal at www.TRICAREonline.com. (If you can't see your result after 7 days, contact your Primary Care Manager by Secure Email Message at www.TOLsecuremessaging.com.)
If you test positive, there's no need to return for a re-test, after you recover from COVID-19. If you test positive, stay home and limit contact with others until:
- You have been fever - free for at least 24 hours (WITHOUT using a fever-reducing medication); AND
- Your other symptoms have improved; AND
- At least 14 days have passed since your symptoms first appeared.
- If you test positive, but don’t develop any symptoms – stay home and limit contact with others until 14 days have passed since your test.
- You need to contact your supervisor, before returning to work.
